Swiftwick Socks
Swiftwick designs, engineers, and builds performance socks for endurance sports, featuring advanced moisture-wicking, optimal compression, and contoured performance.
We are proudly based in Tennessee, manufactured in the USA, and worn the world over.
Our Beginnings
Swiftwick makes equipment to take you further, from daily training to the highest levels of international competition. Beloved by track and field athletes in the 2024 US Olympic Team Trials, Tour de France cyclists, and winners of the Western States 100 and MIUT 115 ultramarathons, our socks are engineered to endure.

At Swiftwick, we create the greatest socks to run, ride, or hike the earth. Here’s how our team of designers innovates, continuously pushing the boundaries of what socks can do.
Fiber First® Moisture-Wicking
For us, fibers come first. We select only the highest-performance natural and synthetic fibers with inherent moisture-wicking capabilities, rather than treating our fibers with chemicals that are harmful to the environment. Our signature Olefin fiber is not only environmentally responsible, but also durable, breathable, and moisture-wicking like no other.
Contoured Compression®
All of our socks are thoughtfully designed to support the contours of your foot, providing the perfect fit and support for every exercise or adventure. We know that every athlete has different needs and preferences, so we offer a wide range of compression levels. From maximum stability for high-intensity sports to gentle compression for lighter activities, we’re here to support it all.
This proprietary fiber blends an advanced polyester nanofiber with our responsible Olefin fiber, providing excellent moisture-wicking and a slight grip for added stability.
Used in our Flite XT and Flite XT Trail socks.
Uses strong elastic to wrap your ankle and heel, offering unparalleled ankle support, particularly during repetitive movements.
Featured in our Flite XT and Flite XT Trail socks.
Our Aspire, Vision, Flite XT, and Flite XT Trail lines are the only performance socks using Olefin as significant scale. Not only is Olefin extremely light and excellent at wicking moisture, it is also stain, mildew, perspiration, and abrasion-resistant.
Featured in our Pursuit and Flite XT Trail socks, Merino wool is much thinner than traditional wool, making it softer and wearable directly against the skin without causing irritation. It traps air efficiently, wards off odor-causing bacteria, and wicks away moisture, making it an optimal material year-round.
Our Pursuit line is constructed with RWS Merino wool. The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) verifies animal welfare and land management requirements and tracks it from farm to final product.
Nylon is a synthetic fiber that has a well-earned reputation for being one of the most durable materials available. Carefully optimizing the amount of nylon in our socks to match their intended use helps us walk the fine line of delivering a product that is both rugged and high-performing.
Recycled polyester is used in our Maxus socks, transforming recycled water bottles into high-performance fiber. This helps us keep waste out of landfills while still upholding the same technology, strength, and comfort we pride ourselves on.
